Why do you workout?  Is it for your health?  Is if for your looks?  Is it for your ego?  The truth is, is that the reason doesn’t matter.  As long as you DO.  Your workout doesn’t care why you’re there.  It doesn’t judge.  Neither does your body.  They only care that you ARE there.  That you are putting in the time, effort and sweat to get some results.  Whether those results are in weight loss, muscle mass or overall health and well-being.  So find a reason to go.  Go to the gym.  Go to the club. Go to the park.  Use that body and rock the results.
